Washington, DC- Yesterday the Justice Department announced investigation findings stating that Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, an ardent defender of liberty and a champion of immigration law has been practicing “discriminatory policing.”

Florida Business Groups On Immigration; Profit Before Law Enforcement

Make no mistake about it, this is a clear sign of all that is wrong in our country.

With Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam firmly in their corner, Florida business leaders are openly advocating for the relaxed enforcement of the laws of this land for the good of business. And what a slippery slope that is!

And this puts Republican lawmakers of this state in a difficult position. Or does it?

State Senator Releases Immigration Proposal

The first crack at an Arizona-style immigration overhaul has been filed in the Florida Senate, with a proposal that would let law enforcement officers ask suspected illegal aliens to prove their immigration status and could penalize some legal immigrants who aren’t carrying proper documentation.

The bill, sponsored by Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Bennett, R-Bradenton, is the first volley in a likely long and heated debate over the future of immigration policy in the state.

SEIU: They Can Dish It Out, But They Can’t Take It…

Do you remember a few months ago, when the SEIU and its mob of zombies stomped all over private property, terrorizing a 14-year old boy who was home alone at the time?…And the police facilitated it stood by and did nothing?

Well, get a load of this:

A week after Arizona governor Jan Brewer knocked the once-mighty United Food & Commercial Workers out of the Boycott Arizona campaign, one, single Angry Right Wing Housewife decided to do a little protesting on her own.

Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Declaration of Independence

Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Declaration of Independence

The history of the present President is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states.

However, because of the great sacrifice of our forefathers, brough about by their faith in Providence, we have a far easier path to travel. Our weapon is our vote. It is incumbent on the American citizen to understand that we stand at a crossroad. This generation, in this time, will decide the future course of the United States of America.

Thomas Jefferson put it best when he said, “If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.”

SB 1070 Protesters Desecrate US And AZ Flags

SB 1070 Protesters Desecrate US And AZ Flags

Illegal immigration supporters, many bussed in from outside Arizona, desecrate US and AZ flag in front of Arizona State Capitol during the singing of the National Anthem at a pro SB 1070 Rally.

The blatant disrespect and sense of entitlement that is prevailant among the pro-Amnesty crowd is simply stunning.

One sure sign some of these protesters are from outside Arizona is the flag the young boy is carrying around – a depiction of the earth against a blue background. One World Order.

Federal Judge Blocks Part of Arizona Immigration Law

Federal Judge Blocks Part of Arizona Immigration Law

Editor’s Note – For those who are keeping score in the battle for freedom and personal liberty in America, we can count as opponents the federal government, the Democrat Party, the labor unions, the media, the entertainment industry and now the federal courts.

As a Constitutional Republic, America was intended to be a nation of laws, not men. In today’s society, laws are just an inconvenient obstacle for those seeking to ‘transform America’.

Reminds me of a line from one of my favorite movies, Wyatt Earp, where Wyatt is riding out after the men who killed his brother. The editor of the town newspaper tries to talk Wyatt out of this action, to which Wyatt replies, “if these men think they can hide behind our laws, they’ve missed their guess.”

Team Obama is accusing of Senator Kyl (Arizona) of telling an untruth, which to us common folk means Obama says Kyl is a liar.
In a recent town hall in Arizona, Senator Kyl told the attendants that Obama, in a one-on-one private [...]

Justice Ginsburg Violates Her Oath

Justice Ginsburg Violates Her Oath

By KrisAnne Hall

Our founders deliberately did not establish a democracy, because in that form of government, the majority would always choke to death the desire for Liberty of a minority. Yet another point that Mrs. Ginsberg might be wise to share with Egypt instead of encouraging them to strive “to achieve a general democracy…”

The dichotomy of her praise and criticism of our founders and our Constitution shows that she is greatly misinformed of both…

Decision 2012, What Does It All Mean?

By Allen Wilson

Good bye Presidential hoopla we’ll see you in August.

But for now, let’s turn our thoughts to more pressing problems for Florida and the nation. Fasten your seat belts folks; it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

This won’t be a Tea Party vs the Establishment event, that’s just so 2010. No, this is a showcase for Agenders, Fair Taxers, Occupiers (well they don’t really vote do they”), and GOOOH’ers…

Tired Of Political Elitists Picking Our Candidates?

By Rick Steeby

I am not a fan of this two-party system where your personal beliefs have to be compromised to one party platform or the other based on the lesser of two evils.

I am reminded of my own words of how Congress has become entrenched and regardless of party they are more concerned with the power and the prestige of office then in service to their country.

Romney Wins, What’s Next?

By Tom Tillison

So after three years of toil by thousands of average everyday citizens who’ve sacrificed far more than they ever cared to, Florida supports John McCain yet again, just in a prettier package.

And just as in 2008, Florida will be the impetus that thrusts this better wrapped version identified as Mitt Romney one step closer to an eventual match up with Barack Obama.

There will be plenty of coverage breaking down the final numbers…

Clouds On A Sunny Day

By Allen Wilson

I remember the instant that the mood changed.

As my lens focused beyond the Washington Monument and upon the Capital Dome I recognized that I no longer felt proud of this city. I was embarrassed that under that dome sat men and women who first thought of themselves before they thought of their nation.
