Is Bill Nelson Intimidated By Tea Party?

An email was sent out yesterday by Nelson…

Interestingly, Nelson references right wing extremists or extremism four times in the email, including in the title, yet does not once use the term tea party. A little odd when you consider that every media outlet on the planet, save for Fox News, regularly uses the two terms interchangably.

What’s the matter, Bill? Are you….

While Tea Party Is Away, Alan Grayson And The Left Come Out To Play

By Tom Tillison

Feeling confident that the Central Florida tea party movement was some 250 miles away in Tallahassee, the Progressive Left actually felt safe enough to amass in the streets of Orlando yesterday in noticable numbers.

Even Alan Grayson found the courage to crawl out from under the rock he’s been hiding since getting his rear end handed to him in the November 2010 election. And it’s apparent that Dis-Grayson learned little…

Dick Morris Faces Off With Far Left Protesters In Florida

By Tom Tillison

In what can only be seen as a gutsy move, noted political pundit and Fox News contributor Dick Morris, upon learning that a very energetic protest was taking place outside a Education Revolution forum taking place in Orlando, FL, decided to go out and engage with the unruly crowd.

As captured in the exclusive video below, Morris and nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mike Gallagher, who were participating in the evening’s forum, proceed to wade out into the middle of the unfriendly crowd…

Alan Grayson Frivolous Lawsuit Tossed By DC Court

By Tom Tillison

Not only has former Congressman Alan Grayson been thoroughly rejected by the voters of FL-CD8, he can now add the D.C Court of Appeals to his list of rejecters.

A frivolous lawsuit Grayson filed against AT&T, in which he glorifies himself as being a “whistle blower”, was tossed on Friday for being “legally insufficient”.

Guetzloe, Grayson; Spotted Together This Weekend In Orlando

The dastardly duo of Alan Grayson and Doug Guetzloe were spotted sitting together this past weekend in Altamonte Springs.

This very well could be the first time since the beginning of the 2010 election cycle that the two men have been seen together in the public.

Each were attending a a debate this past Saturday at the Hilton in Altamonte Springs, as part of the regional gathering of Mensa, the worldwide organizer for people with high I.Q.s. It was unclear why either would be attending such a gathering…

Alert Alan Grayson, Keith Olbermann Out At MSNBC!

Quick, someone forward a resume to MSNBC on behalf of Alan Grayson! He’s been auditioning for the job for two years now through his boorish actions and is probably the only person in American that can match Olbermann’s obnoxiousness.

Wait a minute…maybe I’ll take that back, Bill Maher actually may be more offensive than Olbermann, but he’s not threatening anyone to run for Congress!

Alan Grayson Using Giffords Tragedy to Raise Money For What?

Alan Grayson Using Giffords Tragedy to Raise Money For What?

As for Grayson’s comments on the Giffords tragedy, very few are sitting on the edge of their seat anticipating what he thinks. His comments in the e-mail are the typical one sided rubbish we’ve come to expect from the far left.

I do have to say, it is the very height of hypocrisy that Alan ‘Die Quickly’ Grayson has the gall to question anyone’s rhetoric.

Orlando Political Press Presents; Florida’s Top 10 People Of The Year

The year 2010 has come to an end and what better time is there to look back on who stood out, made a difference and set a positive example for his/her fellow Floridians.

This Top 10 list is focused on the political spectrum, as to be expected and is not all inclusive. The challenge is generating a top 10 list is that you will inevitable overlook a crucial name or include a name that will make others cringe. Which is what makes such lists fun!

Egad, Alan Grayson For President???

Alan Grayson…President?

Reminds me of a Jack Nicholson line in the movie ‘As Good As It Gets’;

“Where do they teach you to talk like this? In some Panama City sailor wana hump hump bar or is this getaway day, and your last shot at his whiskey. Sell crazy someplace else, we’re all stocked up …”

A Peaceful Revolution

By Grant Maloy

In this revolution, the main weapon is information. The internet has given ordinary people the power to find and share information quickly.

Not long ago when you researched a county issue, you went to Sanford and looked at agendas on file. You then would use microfiche film and start reading on one of those lighted screens with a big magnifying glass. It was slow and time consuming. Now information is instantly at your fingertips from your home.

War On Women Can Be Fought At The Polls

By Kim Carroll

Women have the power. They take their right to vote seriously and show up at the polls in greater numbers than men according to the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University.

In 2008, 60.4 percent of eligible female voters cast their vote versus 55.7% of eligible males. According to the same study, more women are registered to vote than men, 66.6 million versus 63.5 million. Maybe that’s why the “War on Women” has taken a front seat in this election…

The Interest Bomb Is Ticking

By: George Noga

This post kicks off a three-part series about the crisis of spending, debt and deficits.

The next part deals with the interval between now and the inevitable arrival of the Minsky Moment, i.e. the unknown and unknowable time when an unsustainable economic phenomenon suddenly collapses.

The third post will address Gotterdammerung, or what happens after the Minsky Moment.

Is Mack Campaign Getting Desperate?

By Tom Tillison

It’s a fair guess that Connie Mack has seen some recent polling that has gotten his attention.

As the week closed out, the rhetoric coming from the Mack campaign took on a rather fervent pitch. In a press release sent out Thursday, it made the claim that opponent George LeMieux has “endorsed raising Florida’s sales tax to a nation-leading 16 percent.”

Obama’s IPAB Death Panels Limit More Than Just Health Care Access

By L. Persona

Florida Democrats believe they can win a few Republican seats in Congress and are preparing a major offensive against several Republicans facing tough challenges this year. They believe that redistricting gives them a chance to offset the seats they are sure to give up.

However, the Democrats still fail to realize the albatross that ObamaCare places on their party’s efforts…

A Black Guy At The Dallas, TX Tea Party Rally

By Lloyd Marcus

A big well dressed black guy attended the Dallas, TX tea party rally with his white buddy. Both men missed my singing performance on stage minutes earlier.

I asked the black gentleman who had an impressive physique how often he worked out. He replied, “Everyday.” His white buddy said with a chuckle, “He thinks the Tea Party is racist.”
