Driven by self absorbed bloggers who have a history of injecting themselves into high profile stories, as if the topic can only be of legitimate concern if it revolves around them, and then brought to a boil by Rush Limbaugh

Rush Limbaugh Is Wrong On Redistricting

By Florida State Rep. Scott Plakon

As a longtime fan and admirer of Rush Limbaugh, I was disappointed to hear his comments regarding the work of the Congressional Redistricting Subcommittee on which I am honored to serve.

His suggestions that we “rigged” the maps to force Allen West out of Congress are simply ludicrous. I was there…it didn’t happen…

Justice Ginsburg Violates Her Oath

By KrisAnne Hall

Our founders deliberately did not establish a democracy, because in that form of government, the majority would always choke to death the desire for Liberty of a minority. Yet another point that Mrs. Ginsberg might be wise to share with Egypt instead of encouraging them to strive “to achieve a general democracy…”

The dichotomy of her praise and criticism of our founders and our Constitution shows that she is greatly misinformed of both…

Decision 2012, What Does It All Mean?

By Allen Wilson

Good bye Presidential hoopla we’ll see you in August.

But for now, let’s turn our thoughts to more pressing problems for Florida and the nation. Fasten your seat belts folks; it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

This won’t be a Tea Party vs the Establishment event, that’s just so 2010. No, this is a showcase for Agenders, Fair Taxers, Occupiers (well they don’t really vote do they”), and GOOOH’ers…

Tired Of Political Elitists Picking Our Candidates?

By Rick Steeby

I am not a fan of this two-party system where your personal beliefs have to be compromised to one party platform or the other based on the lesser of two evils.

Romney Wins, What’s Next?

By Tom Tillison

So after three years of toil by thousands of average everyday citizens who’ve sacrificed far more than they ever cared to, Florida supports John McCain yet again, just in a prettier package.

And just as in 2008, Florida will be the impetus that thrusts this better wrapped version identified as Mitt Romney one step closer to an eventual match up with Barack Obama.

There will be plenty of coverage breaking down the final numbers…

Clouds On A Sunny Day

By Allen Wilson

I remember the instant that the mood changed.

As my lens focused beyond the Washington Monument and upon the Capital Dome I recognized that I no longer felt proud of this city. I was embarrassed that under that dome sat men and women who first thought of themselves before they thought of their nation.
