RINOs Gone Wild In Pinellas County

September 27, 2011 Local, Political News, State 4 Comments

Pinellas County is dominated by republican politicians so you would think the county would be a fairly conservative locale; but you would be wrong.  In fact, the area is dominated by RINOs (Republican In Name Only) who have gone wild spending tax money like drunken socialists.

Worse yet, the RINOs are implementing a wish list of UN Agenda 21 projects.

Currently, the alpha RINO is Mr. J. J. Beyrouti, Chairman of the Pinellas County Republican Committee (PCREC).  Mr. Beyrouti does his best to impersonate a conservative but he is a better politician than he is an actor.  His actions tell us what he really believes in; what the philosophy is that is at the core of the man.  Unfortunately, his actions show his philosophy is steeped in socialist ideals rather than Jeffersonian wisdom.

The most egregious action of the RINOs has been paying for membership in ICLEI, a UN organization founded in 1990 and dedicated to usurping USA sovereignty in favor of a Global Government.  The Tea Parties led by Patriots’ Ink, invested significant time and effort into convincing the county to drop their ICLEI membership, and although Mr. Beyrouti’s resume states he possesses “a deep understanding of the issues facing Pinellas County,” there is no evidence the Chairman of the PCREC ever uttered a word of protest over the county’s membership in ICLEI!  Based up Mr. Beyrouti’s silence and the fact that six of the seven County Commissioners are Republicans it’s logical to assume Mr. Beyrouti agrees with these policies.  (Pinellas County is still listed as an ICLEI member.)

Other projects from Pinellas’ RINO Commissioners include funding to put more bicycles on the roads;  Emergency Medical Services that provides a double response to each call that is draining our coffers quicker than an Obama solar energy manufacturer, and despite losing a referendum on raising taxes for light rail, RINOs in Hillsborough and Pinellas continue plotting to raise taxes to imbed railroad tracks all over Tampa Bay.

Mr. Beyrouti is a successful businessman who bought a trailer park for $2.2 million in 2005, has an investing firm (Monicarla, Ltd), sells real estate, and works as a consultant.  He was also the Chairman of the Barrier Island Governmental Council, is a board member of Enterprise Florida, and was a mayor for 10 years.  It seems he is living the American dream.

Mayor Beyrouti

From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Beyrouti was the mayor of Redington Shores, a town of 2,400 citizens.  During this time, Mr. Beyrouti was not only a member of the World Council of United Cities and Local Governments (World Council), he was proactive and became the Chairman of their International Committee. He was an advocate on behalf of the World Council.  The World Council is partnered with the UN to achieve UN goals like the 2005 Millennium Goals, and seeks to create a global governance by the UN, thus destroying America.

Millennium Goal 7:  Ensure environmental sustainability, promotes global warming, reducing the loss of biodiversity and protection of animals (done via the  Convention of Biological Diversity Treaty, AKA Wildlands Project).  These programs are part of the UN’s Agenda 21 program.

Chairman Beyrouti

In December 2008, Mr. Beyrouti was elected Chairman of the PCREC.  Mr. Beyrouti was a huge fan of Charlie Crist, and as one local GOP member put it, “He (Beyrouti) is still drinking from Charlie Crist’s watering trough.”  Like Crist, Mr. Beyrouti is repelled by conservatism, and has a strong disdain for the Tea Party ideology.

In June 2011, a Tea Party held a candidate forum in which all four Republican contenders running for the Senate appeared.  Mr. Beyrouti refused to attend or even advertise the event to the Pinellas County Republicans!

Beyrouti’s barriers of entry

In Pinellas there are 376 precincts, and each precinct generally has 2 committee people, for a total of 752 positions.  However, there are approximately 240 committee positions filled, leaving ~512 open positions. Although the PCREC has 512 empty positions, they are in no hurry to fill them.

Beyrouti the consultant

Lastly, Mr. Beyrouti works as a consultant for Governance Inc., a firm that specializes in UN programs such as: Green Governance, Global Governance, and Green Power.  The president is Scott Maddox.  That is the same Scott Maddox who is the former chairman of the Florida Democrat Party, is pro Agenda 21, against drilling in the gulf, and was the 2010 Democrat candidate for Agriculture Commissioner of Florida.  Mr. Beyrouti’s resume also states he is an active member of the Florida League of Cities (FLoC) Federal Action Strike Team.

The FLoC has endorsed The Earth Charter Initiative, another eco-socialist group whose mission is to: “promote the transition to sustainable ways of living and a global society founded on a shared ethical framework that includes respect and care for the community of life, ecological integrity, universal human rights, respect for diversity, economic justice.”

Summary

It gives me no pleasure to write this article and I have tried to work from the inside, but how can you change the system from the inside when they won’t let you in the door?  The policies of Mr. Beyrouti’s PCREC are policies of exclusion, control, and elitism.  Now the RINOs he, and therefore the GOP support, are having a negative effect on the quality of my Liberty and I will remain silent no more.

Mr. Beyrouti has said Ronald Reagan was his favorite president, and recently sent out a flyer with his picture beneath Reagan’s.  However, this prosaic marketing fools no one who knows Mr. Beyrouti or his record.  Most PCREC members know that conservatives and particularly Tea Party members (like me) repel him like kryptonite, just as the forces of the UN and Liberty are opposed to each other.

Despite Mr. Beyrouti’s gregarious personality, the totality of the data define him as a liberal progressive who continues to favor the implementation of UN policies that usurp the sovereignty of USA.  Ironically, he has given a lifetime of support to a cause which usurps the American way of life that he immigrated here to obtain!  As a leader of the PCREC can his continued leadership be anything other than disastrous?

Good for you Mr. Lampe, Your article is right on the money and really hope the PCREC reads it.
Another thing left out was back in January Mr. Beyrouti to all at the PCREC meeting that he and the PCREC will embrace the tea party. I was excited to hear this but was told by others he was all talk and really didn’t like the tea party. I have also been told there are many waiting to get in and even though they have a membership committee who approve or disapprove membership it now each person has to go through Mr. Beyrouti to approve or disapprove. Really starting to look like the tea party is NOT welcome in the PCREC. From what I have heard there is a huge list of people who would like to join but Mr. Beyrouti is not proceeding to approve or disapprove them.

  2. Great article! The conservative movement must weed out those who call themselves Republicans but whose agenda is more in line with the Progressive movement of social engineering being advanced by ICLEI through the United Nations.

  3. Deb in PCounty says:

I agree with RINO Buster , I have been going to PCREC forever it seems waiting for approval FOR MEMBERSHIP.

Well, this Pinellas County is chock full of International Conspirators and corruption. The County Administrator must be added to the list as well. Mr LaSala and his loyal co-conspirators, Latvala and Seel for sure have also contracted to work for the UN through actions they pretend are genuinely in the best interest of the County citizens.

WOW. This is nothing short of a conspiracy to destroy our Constitution, our Bill of Rights. JJ has a lot of explaining to do.
JJ bought a button that said “Fishermen against Agenda21″.

UN Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is the Big Secret the County won’t tell the public about. The public has no idea what is happening to the county and the Commission is not stepping up to inform the them. Corruption . We have a case and we will bring it.
    God save our Republic!

  4. Tom Eckert says:

Amazing info here, Jim. Checking out the facts now…

War On Women Can Be Fought At The Polls

By Kim Carroll

Women have the power. They take their right to vote seriously and show up at the polls in greater numbers than men according to the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University.

In 2008, 60.4 percent of eligible female voters cast their vote versus 55.7% of eligible males. According to the same study, more women are registered to vote than men, 66.6 million versus 63.5 million. Maybe that’s why the “War on Women” has taken a front seat in this election…

This post kicks off a three-part series about the crisis of spending, debt and deficits.

The next part deals with the interval between now and the inevitable arrival of the Minsky Moment, i.e. the unknown and unknowable time when an unsustainable economic phenomenon suddenly collapses.

The third post will address Gotterdammerung, or what happens after the Minsky Moment.

Is Mack Campaign Getting Desperate?

By Tom Tillison

It’s a fair guess that Connie Mack has seen some recent polling that has gotten his attention.

As the week closed out, the rhetoric coming from the Mack campaign took on a rather fervent pitch. In a press release sent out Thursday, it made the claim that opponent George LeMieux has “endorsed raising Florida’s sales tax to a nation-leading 16 percent.”

Obama’s IPAB Death Panels Limit More Than Just Health Care Access

By L. Persona

Florida Democrats believe they can win a few Republican seats in Congress and are preparing a major offensive against several Republicans facing tough challenges this year. They believe that redistricting gives them a chance to offset the seats they are sure to give up.

However, the Democrats still fail to realize the albatross that ObamaCare places on their party’s efforts…

A Black Guy At The Dallas, TX Tea Party Rally

By Lloyd Marcus

A big well dressed black guy attended the Dallas, TX tea party rally with his white buddy. Both men missed my singing performance on stage minutes earlier.

I asked the black gentleman who had an impressive physique how often he worked out. He replied, “Everyday.” His white buddy said with a chuckle, “He thinks the Tea Party is racist.”
